Nicole Lawrence joined the Lawrence Family Real Estate Team in 2022 and currently serves as the team’s Administrative Manager. With a strong background in organization, client care, and team operations, Nicole plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Born in Woodstock and raised in St. Thomas from the age of eight, Nicole brings a deep connection to the local community and a passion for helping others feel at home. In 2024, she married her husband and teammate, Courey Lawrence, and together they recently completed renovations on their first home.
Now on maternity leave, Nicole is embracing life with their two young children and family dog, Denver. Her firsthand experience balancing homeownership, family life, and real estate gives her a unique and grounded perspective that enriches the team's service.
Nicole looks forward to reconnecting with clients and colleagues soon—and continuing to support the Lawrence team’s mission with care, efficiency, and heart.
